Returns Policy

Merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Returns have to be made in the original packing and condition. The return has to be authorized and a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) has to be assigned. Merchandise has to be returned pre-paid and insured. When merchandise is returned after 14 days, or not packed as originally shipped, it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special offers and clearance items are excluded from this policy and returns will not be accepted. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks on all returns for repair, exchange, refund, or credit.
